2. Program terminology

• Migration: The process of transferring IT systems, applications, or data from the current environment to a new infrastructure or platform (e.g., from hyperscale or on-premises to VNG Cloud). The goal is to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance security.
• Resources: A collection of applications, services, data, and IT processes running on an infrastructure (cloud, on-premises, or hybrid). A resource can range from a single application (e.g., CRM system, e-commerce website) to complex systems integrating multiple components (databases, middleware, AI/ML services, data analytics...).

3. Eligible region

Applicable nationwide (Vietnam).

4. Program duration

From October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (6 months).

5. Applicable services

• Applicable for the migration of new resources to VNG Cloud during the program period.
• Not applicable to AI Stack, GPU Cloud, or resources that were already active on the VNG Cloud platform prior to the start of the program.

6. Eligible Participants

Enterprise customers who meet the following conditions:

• New customers registering for the VNG Cloud program during the program period, or existing customers adding new resources migrated to VNG Cloud during the program period.
• Enterprises must provide complete and valid information as required, including:
  • Company name.
  • Business sector/industry.
  • Tax identification number.
  • Corporate email domain and contact phone number.
  • Registered service account on VNG Cloud Portal (if any).
  • Other necessary information for verification purposes.

7. Offer details

Total value of services for the promotion: 1,000,000,000 VND (In words: One billion Vietnam Dong).

8. How to activate and claim the promotion

• Customers must complete the registration form and agree to the program’s terms and conditions.
• VNG Cloud will verify customer information and eligibility within 03 (three) working days.
• Registration must be submitted within the program period.
• Promotion activation period: within 03 (three) months from the date of receiving the confirmation email from VNG Cloud, following successful registration. After this period, the promotion will expire.
• Free services on VNG Cloud Portal are valid for 03 (three) months, equivalent to 90 (ninety) days, from the activation date. After the promotional period, customers must switch to a paid contract to continue using the services.

9. Terms and Conditions

• Applicable only to customers who meet the criteria in Section 6 (Eligible Participants).
• Customers must comply with VNG Cloud’s regulations, rules, and policies published on the website vngcloud.vn at any given time.
• Each customer account/enterprise is entitled to only 01 (one) promotion package during the program period.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other VNG Cloud promotional programs.
• The promotion value cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If the value of new resource migration exceeds the maximum promotion value allocated to one customer as specified in Section 7, the customer will need to pay the additional costs based on the agreed pricing.
• VNG Cloud reserves the right to refuse or terminate the promotion if fraudulent, falsified, or exploitative activity is detected.
• VNG Cloud reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate the program earlier if the promotional budget is fully utilized or in cases of force majeure.
• In case of disputes, the decision of VNG Cloud shall be final and binding.
