Challenges in the Acceleration Phase of AI Product Launch

During the acceleration phase of AI product launches, G-Group faced an urgent need for a powerful, stable, and flexible GPU infrastructure capable of supporting both AI model training and inference.

Two key projects represented this phase:

• Gapo Agent – an AI Agent system enabling intelligent user interaction, process automation, and communication.
• Voice Bot – an AI-powered voice call center that optimizes customer service operations, reduces human workload, and enhances omnichannel experiences.

G-Group’s technical team required a GPU solution that could simultaneously support demo/test environments and production workloads, with fast deployment speed and reliable, continuous performance.

• NVIDIA L40S GPU: Used for Demo / Dev / Test environments of Gapo Agent and Voice Bot systems.
